Able to create questionaire from Tauri Cloud and push to Tauri devices. End user could scan QR code from Tauri device to fill in questionaire fro their cellphone and a QR code will be generated. Scan the QR code to Tauri and it will determine whether you can access or not based on the settings from Tauri Cloud.
