Applicable models: TAURI101/156/215/7 and TAURI Vaccine Verify series

New Features:

1. Europe Vaccine QR Code
Update to support newest framework to support more location (eg. Ireland)

2. Vaccine Code API
Added vaccine code API that Tauri can send out to designated server when SMARTHEALTH or Euro vaccine QR code are scanned. 

3. Support New Zealand COVID PASS QR CODE
User can not scan New Zealand issued COVID pass to Tauri Vaccine Verify

Wednesday, December 3 2021, 2:30pm (GMT+8)  through OTA update from Star Control from existing Tauri device or the above Tauri products that has been shipped after December 3 2021.
