Announcement: Star Control Platform Update

We are thrilled to announce an upcoming update to the Star Control platform that will bring exciting enhancements and new features!

Platform Update Details and Schedule:

Key Features:

1. Device name sorting: Prioritizes numbers over letters, excluding special characters. Exported EXCEL tables for RegisteredAt and LastOnline now exclude ULT.

2. License details enhanced with a remarks function (20-30 characters).

3. Added option to enable/disable auto-rotation (device restart required).

4. Display of CPU, memory, and storage information for devices.

5. Option to adjust lower resolution settings for Remote Desktop.

6. Photo upload function for devices to capture current environmental status.

7. Device note function for users to record device-related information.

8. Filter devices by timezone.

9. Sub-user accounts can now view super user account details.

10. Exported device information to xls now includes group and device registration time.

11. Bug fixes and connection optimizations.

What to Expect:

• Downtime: The platform will be temporarily offline during the update for one hour (10:30 am to 11:30 am UTC/GMT +8 hours). We appreciate your understanding and patience.
  

• Firmware: Existing firmware will still be functional after the platform upgrade, however there are some new features that require a new firmware update in order to work. Please speak with your local representative to receive the most updated firmware for your device. 

• Device Supported: All Glory Star devices running android OS with 12 and above.
