Does Star Control push it to all of Nebula Tablets at the same time or is it in batches?
The backend logic for Star Control is that once a command has been established, a download link will be push to the devices to download. Although there may be time differences which are count by seconds, therefore the push will be consider the same time to the devices. However there maybe download time differences based on location of devices and internet speed, which is the same when your downloading files from the internet.
