The below is the instructions on how you can update our tablet with a USB thumb drive, please note that to receive the firmware itself, you will still need to contact us at sales@glorystargroup.com to receive your firmware, provided that you provide us with your serial number. 

How to load the firmware onto the USB Flash Drive? 

DO NOT UNZIP THE "UPDATE" FILE THAT HAS BEEN PROVIDED BY GLORY STAR. THIS IS THE FIRMWARE FILE 

Please ensure the FORMAT IS FAT32
