How to REINSTALL STAROS by factory reset
Please note that if you preform a factory reset, all the datas in the device will be erased.
If the STAROS Version is 10.0.6 and onwards, you can factory reset the device to have STAROS reinstalled, if it is a version before 10.0.6, you will need to contact us at support@glorystargroup.com, provide us with your serial number so assist sending you the right version of STAROS.
Factory Reset is used for
- Accidental deletion of StarOS
- Forgot Admin Password
- Uninstalled STAROS

FACTORY RESET METHOD 2
If you preform a factory reset, all the datas will be erased. The app will need to be reinstalled.
1. Unplug the power, press and hold the " VOL+" button at the lower back corner, plug in the power
2. It will go into the recovery mode.
3. Use the VOL+ ( UP) / ( DOWN) to move the curser up and down. Power button as " confirm/ okay"
4. Choose the " wipe data/ factory reset" and press " POWER" to confirm
5. Select " YES" and press " POWER" to confirm
6. Select " Reboot system now" and press " POWER" to confirm
7. The tablet should reboot now.
