What is it?


The POE-enabled NEB215 and INF321 models support the IEEE 802.3af and 802.3at PoE standards, allowing the units to be powered directly through the Ethernet connection, without the need for a separate power supply.

The POE support in the NEB215 and INF321 offers several key benefits:


Simplified Installation: Eliminating the requirement for a dedicated power outlet makes these devices easier to deploy, especially in locations where power access is limited or inconveniently placed.

What does it do?


The PoE-enabled NEB215 and INF321 models retain all the advanced networking features and security capabilities of the standard versions, but with the added flexibility of PoE support. These devices are compatible with the Nebula Gen 2 processor and the Nebula Plus, providing customers with options to choose the right processing power for their needs.



How is it distinctive?


The PoE-enabled NEB215 and INF321 are not standard products, but are available upon request for customers who require this additional capability. Customers with existing NEB215 or other NEB series deployments can continue to use their current models.
