GAD101-A Temperature Check Tablet -Is there a calibration issue or some way to access to remediate?

Question

We have the the 10" Tauri temperature sensing tablet. We are discovering that it is taking correct temperatures for several attempts, after the 4-5 reading, the machine is reading elevated temperatures. Nurses are using for COVID readings.  Is there a calibration issue or some way to access to remediate.


Solution

If you need to calibrate the Tauri, here is the process 1. Tap and hold on screen for 7s, Enter "0000" on the popup menu to access settings 2. Tap on TAURI logo 5 times to access "developer options" 3. Select the "Auto Calibration" 4. use an accurate temperature check tool to check your body temperature, then enter this reading to TAURI and start Calibrate. It will automatic adjust the reading to your reference reading. When it has finished, you can exit to use the TAURI.
