Problem
We want to test with the Star Control and Tauri Cloud for a customer of us who asked for regular reporting.
1) First of all I want to update the Tauri 7" to the most recent version. but update firmware doesn't work. I can start the update. The Tauri asks to reboot and I get a new screen 'installing update', but after a couple of seconds I get a error message.
2) to create a test login for "Star Control' and "Tauri Cloud".I made a login, the message appears that I will receive an email to finish my registration, but I haven't received the email. It isn't also in the spam folder.
Solution 1 ( Only for TAURI 7 Chipset PX30) - around before June 2021
Here below is the download for the correct firmware for the said unit.
Please be remind that you need to manually install the TAURI 3.2.4 (latest version) after new
firmware successfully installed. The TAURI 3.2.4 APK also included the ZIP file
Solution 2 ( Only for TAURI 7 Chipset RK3399) - around after June 2021
Point No.1
It seem have problem during the USB update the firmware. Now you can try alternative way to update the firmware via a PC and relative tools.

You can tab on "upgrade" when you see either
“found one Maskrom device” or "found one Loader device"
For both TAURI 7 ( RK3399 or PX30)

How to Rewrite correct serial number on TAURI 7? ( Note, this is ONLY if the serial number at the back of the device is NOT the same as the serial number on the TAURI app)
Where can you find the face activation code and serial number ?
All the TAURI machine need to reboot after 1st time registered in STARCONTROL system.
The face activation License Code can be found at the back side of metal housing. You should able to find QR code sticker.

How to connect to StarControl?
Go to www.thestarcontrol.com and register and account, by entering the serial number at the back of the device to Star Control, it can connect the device.
All the TAURI machine need to reboot after 1st time registered in STARCONTROL system !
