Thank you for supporting Glory Star Products. 


We will be sending monthly updates, these mailers will be  for the technical support, product support from your organization and will include news of Hardware, software updates, fixes to common issues and frequently asked questions from our support portal to be distributed. 



Product Updates 


  • Nebula has passed the sweat resistant testing! There are no fears of sweat dripping! 


Software Updates 

  • All Tauri are updatable to 3.2.3 including a FREE 3 month trial with Tauri Cloud, compatible with Seiko Printer and App Switch feature completed ( Switch between your app and Tauri) . How to update ? Follow the instructions here.

1.Tap and hold on screen for 5 seconds.

2.Enter “0000”.

3.Select “Update TAURI”.

4.Select “Update firmware”.


Step5.

 

5. Wait for searching update.


Step6.

6. Select “Update now” and wait for download.

Recent FAQ Question 


 +Tablet locked in app mode and unable to get back to OS? 

You have to tap 22 to 35 times bottom right corner of the tablet to get into Staros! So more then 10 times. 

+I would like an email sent to a distribution list on TAURI  if someone says they had a fever in the last 24 hours. Is that possible?

On tauri device ( without connecting to Cloud)- you can set one email address and you can set to forward to other emails. 


On Tauri Cloud, you are able to send daily, weekly or monthly updates on people surpassing your pre-set temperature.
