When a person walks up to the screen, aligns their face, and is checked for temperature, the name field under the photo comes up as NULL. When we got the device it used to display the name


Would you be able to Make sure that the photo is taken the person with the full face, that is photo is a clear photo?
Once it is stored in Tauri, it should preform the same. Or, did you change the area/ placement of TAURI ? Ensure that there is sufficient light
